Photo the 'Roe 2018 Finalists

We have a winner.


Our Discover Monroe-West Monroe Photo the 'Roe contest received over 100 photos of Ouachita Parish, and we hosted a panel of judges to narrow them down to our top picks. This year’s theme was inspired by the downtown communities and the passionate people involved. The photos fall into two categories: student includes those in high school and college, and an adult category.

What we love about this collection of photos is that they cover areas all over Monroe-West Monroe. There are photos from Kiroli Park, the Chennault Aviation and Military Museum, and Masur Museum of Art, as well as the always beautiful, always photogenic Ouachita River and Black Bayou NWR.
