The Highland Games with Backyard Rebellion is back at the Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival! Submerge yourself in rich Celtic heritage! The Highland Games are an athletic tradition over 1,000 years old and rooted in Gaelic spirit. Pro and amateur athletes will travel from all over the country to compete in six disciplines: The Caber Toss, Weights for Distance, Weights for Height, Heavy Hamer, Stone Put, and Sheaf Toss. Backyard Rebellion will be providing free demonstrations and mini-coaching sessions.
The Highland Games are free to participate in with the $5.00 Celtic Festival admission fee.
