Downtown West Monroe will be hosting a Pie Baking Contest on Friday, Sept 27 before the September Ouachita Live concert with Billy Allen + The Pollies! Showcase your pie baking skills and creativity in a fun way. Pies will be sold to the public by the slice with proceeds benefitting downtown projects. The winners will be announced at 6:45 PM.
