If you’re a woman who’s too busy taking care of others to take care of yourself, this is the weekend workshop for you! Hosted by Shannon Dahlum, of Octane Training, and Dana Milford, of for His temple family foods, at the beautiful Hamilton House Inn in Antique Alley. Spend the weekend rejuvenating yourself with nourishing food for both your body and your mind. You'll be with a group of no more than 20 like-minded women performing healthy movement and learning practical nutrition and workout habits focusing on the following: a balanced approach to eating, healthy movement and exercise- how to train smarter, simple techniques for managing stress, mobility- undoing the damage caused from so much sitting, keys to effective meal planning and nutrition and lifestyle habits to maintain healthy hormonal balance and a leaner physique.
You’ll get hours of lecture, hands on learning and movement instruction. All meals will be catered by Dana Milford of for His temple family foods, using fresh, predominately organic and local ingredients. You'll leave refreshed, revitalized, and with a whole new understanding of how to maximize your wellness, simply and easily. Take home a goodie bag with freebies to help you on your new journey. You'll even take home a family meal that you’ll prepare yourself in our hands-on meal planning workshop. To optimize your experience, Nourish U is limited to 20 total participants, so be sure to sign up before spaces are gone! Cost for the entire weekend workshop is $399 per person, while the items, food and education you'll receive is valued at over $600. The first 5 participants to sign up get to have their own bedroom at Hamilton House Inn and stay on site for the weekend. Rooms sleep two, so encourage a friend to sign up and bunk with you!
