Come soak up the Spring sun and bask in the April breezes while The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council treats you to a midweek miniconcert by some of NELA’s best musicians! They’ll be on stage at lush, green Palace Park. Picnic blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged! Bring your own lunch or treat yourself to a $6 box lunch on site from Newk’s Eatery. From blues and folk tunes to gospel, classic rock, or Americana, there’s sure to be something that keeps you rocking all month long!

Indulge in a night of delicious food samples from your favorite local restaurants, wine, beer, and live entertainment. Take a scenic boat ride and enjoy this social event while supporting The Spirit of the Warhawk scholarship. Proceeds benefit the scholarship which helps ULM students from Union, Morehouse, Lincoln, Jackson, Ouachita, Caldwell, Franklin, Richland, West Carroll, East Carroll, Madison, and Tensas Parishes achieve their academic dreams. Throw on your Garden Party attire and head to the bridge!


Dragon Boat Festival 2026
