Evil Visions: Beware! The stories are ghoulish, and the fear is real at Evil Visions Haunted House. Can you survive the Return to Hotel Sheller?
Skeletons on Tower: “Spooky scary skeletons send shivers down your spine” - isn’t that how the song goes? Giant 12 feet tall skeletons line the street of Skeleton Lane aka Tower Drive in Monroe. Feel shivers down your spine through October 31 as you drive through Skeleton Lane!
Spooky Science Night: The party is explosive at Delta Community College’s Spooky Science Night on October 18! This free event will feature science experiments, candy, and prizes.
Ghosts & Goblins Costume Run: Luckily you don’t have to choose between ghosts or goblins at this costume run! Dress in your favorite Halloween costume and get a ghoulish finisher medal and t-shirt. Prizes will be given for best costumes - time to get spooky!
Scarecrows in the Garden: Did you hear about the winner of the Annual Biedenharn Scarecrow competition? He was outstanding in his field! Scarecrows will take over the Biedenharn gardens as organizations compete for the coveted Greater Ouachita Golden Pumpkin Trophy and cash prize.
Halloween Goat Yoga: Not your average yoga! Join Double BB Farms for goat yoga with a twist. The goats will be in their best Halloween costumes, so join in on the festivities. We should warn you though…class could be interrupted at any moment by baby goats wanting a cuddle!
Boo at the Zoo: Take a walk on the wild side at the Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo for Boo at the Zoo. Delicious food, vendors, and trick-or-treating are on the agenda at this annual event. Wear your best or scariest costume for a chance to win the costume contest.
Boo with the Krewe: Trick-or-treat through the Krewe of Janus parade floats at Boo with the Krewe on October 31. While it might not be the typical throws like beads, candy throws sure sound great to us!
