The Louisiana Delta Community College Foundation, in partnership with Hotel Monroe, will host the fifth annual Hats & Horses Kentucky Derby celebration. Now in its fifth year, Hats & Horses has become one of the region's most anticipated spring social events blending Southern elegance, spirited competition, and meaningful impact. Proceeds from the event directly support scholarships and student assistance funds for individuals enrolled in both short-term workforce certifications and long-term academic programs at LDCC.
