The 4th Annual Skeletons on Tower is being planned NOW! This family friendly month long event begins October 1st on Tower Drive and in the Pavilion Circle in Monroe. Businesses, families and individuals can participate by sponsoring and decorating skellies with your family friendly design. The public is invited to view the Skeletons on Tower throughout the month of October.
