DMWM Welcomes Kylie Daigle to the Marketing & Communications Department

MONROE-WEST MONROE, La. ― Discover Monroe-West Monroe added a new team member to its Marketing & Communications Department!

Kylie Daigle joined DMWM on Aug. 11, 2025, as the new part-time Communications Assistant. She is currently working towards a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Prior to joining the team, Kylie worked in the Office of Recruitment for two years after graduating with her undergraduate degree. While she’s pursuing her MBA, she continues to work as a Graduate Assistant for the College of Business and Social Sciences.

Kylie spends a lot of her free time volunteering at Strauss Theatre Center either behind-the-scenes or on the stage.

“Northeast Louisiana is so rich with things to do that so many don’t have knowledge about. I am excited to promote all the wonderful things NELA has to offer,” said Kylie with excitement.

She moved to Monroe in 2017 to attend ULM and she continues to love the Monroe-West Monroe destination more.
