Wood Wars Baseball Tournament November 3-5

Sterlington, LA – Don’t miss the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) Wood Wars Tournament November 3-5 at the Sterlington Sports Complex.

This event is expected to bring an estimated economic impact of over $138,900 to Ouachita Parish.

Wood wars is a wood bat, collegiate baseball tournament that was founded in 2009. Twelve collegiate teams from across the southeast will compete in this year’s tournament.

“We are excited to welcome the 12 universities to Monroe-West Monroe for National Club Baseball Association Wood Wars. We welcome the players, coaches, family, and spectators to Northeast Louisiana for a great baseball weekend. Sterlington Sports Complex is the ideal location to host this tournament, with games being played simultaneously,” said Scott Bruscato, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Executive Vice President of Sales.
