NWBA Junior Division National Championship Series
The National Wheelchair Basketball Association, Discover Monroe-West Monroe, and West Monroe Sports & Events are proud to host the 2026 Junior Division Wheelchair Basketball National Tournament. This exciting tournament will take place March 19–22, 2026, at the state-of-the-art West Monroe Sports & Events facility, bringing together the nation’s top junior wheelchair basketball athletes for four days of competition, teamwork, and community.

Hotel Details
The “Stay to Play” Model helps ensure the LOC is receiving hotel rebates for room nights associated with our event. This model helps the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to offset cost from these hotel rebates for LOC to come as close to breakeven on hosting this event as possible.
For the purposes of the logistics Discover Monroe-West Monroe/NWBA will contact all teams invited to Nationals and will be requesting their hotel information. Each team will complete a form providing their team name, each team member's name, their hotel name, and confirmation number(s).
The Stay to Play model is vital in helping the NWBA support our Local Organizing Committee and creating an efficient and well-organized event for all participants and attendees.
A $500 fine will be paid by any team that does not follow the Stay to Play model. This fine will be collected by Discover Monroe-West Monroe.

We recommend flying to the Monroe Regional Airport. Our airport has direct flights to and from Atlanta, GA (Delta) and Dallas, TX (American Airlines).
