Mission: Founded in 1976, our mission is to attract visitors, expand the visitor experience, and grow the local travel economy for the benefit of all citizens.

Leisure Marketing
We bring Ouachita Parish’s stories to life – from sunrise paddles on the Ouachita River to shopping sprees in downtown boutiques and bites of Southern comfort with a creative twist. Our team promotes the people, places, and experiences that make Monroe-West Monroe unforgettable through public relations efforts, blogs, videos, social media, and digital campaigns that inspire visitors to explore Outside the Lines.
Sports Tourism
We’re proud to be the home base for countless tournaments, championships, and athletic events that bring competitors and fans from across the nation. By working with venues like West Monroe Sports & Events, the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Sterlington Sports Complex and the University of Louisiana Monroe, we help create experiences that go far beyond the game – boosting our local economy and giving athletes and families a reason to return year after year.
Meeting & Conventions
From intimate retreats to large-scale conventions, we help planners host events that feel both seamless and special. Our team connects organizers with meeting venues, hotels, and other unique local experiences to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves guests with a true sense of Louisiana hospitality.
