Sushi Koko is an exciting new sushi destination from Cory Bahr, a James Beard Semifinalist, in Downtown Monroe. Located just across from his flagship Parish Restaurant & Bar, this concept aims to bring a world‑class sushi experience to the 318 with a blend of refined Japanese technique and gracious Southern hospitality.
Chef Bahr designed Sushi Koko to feature elevated offerings such as live‑fire yakitori, fresh Gulf and Japanese ingredients, and chef‑led sushi service that moves away from typical rolls toward a more authentic omakase‑style approach.
