The Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival is back with a new location, Lazarre Park! The fest will feature artisans and craft vendors, live music, a kid's zone, and more! Food trucks will be selling Celtic themed items for all to enjoy. Don't forget to attend or register to participate in the free Highland Games at the festival this year from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM!
